If you need to renew a prescription previously issued by one of our doctors, you can do it easily without calling the clinic.
Online request (recommended)
- Log in to the patient portal with your email and password.
- Go to the section “Requests” or “Messages”.
- Select “Prescription renewal”.
- Indicate the name of the medication, dosage and how often you take it.
- Add any relevant comments (for example, if you have noticed changes in your symptoms).
- Submit your request.
By phone
If you cannot use the patient portal, you can call the clinic during opening hours. Our team will register your request and pass it on to your doctor.
Important notes
- We can only renew medications that have been prescribed previously by our clinic.
- In some cases, the doctor may ask you to book a follow‑up appointment before approving the renewal (for example, for long‑term treatments or controlled medication).
- Please request your renewal a few days before you run out of medication to avoid interruptions in your treatment.
